Curated collection items are hand-selected pieces chosen for their style, quality, and fit. These styles are sourced through trusted partners so High Cotton Closet can offer you a wider range of beautiful finds while keeping the boutique experience polished and thoughtfully curated.
How does shipping work for curated collection items?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the item and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Will my order ship separately?
Sometimes, yes. Because we work with a curated network of trusted suppliers, some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate U.S. shipping for $6.75. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Can I return curated collection items?
Yes. We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Is return shipping free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if an item sells out after I order?
On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable before fulfillment is confirmed. If that happens, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a refund or help you choose another style you love.
Do you ship internationally?
