We carry a mix of Misses and Plus Size styles. Sizing may vary by item, so we always recommend reviewing the size chart and product description before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, you are welcome to contact us before purchasing.

How does shipping work?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days depending on the item and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate U.S. shipping for $6.75. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Will my order ship separately?
Sometimes, yes. Because we work with a curated network of trusted suppliers, some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, High Cotton Closet ships within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Is return shipping free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made with your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if an item sells out after I order?
On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable before fulfillment is confirmed. If that happens, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a refund or help you choose another style you love.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders must be placed directly through our website. We accept secure online payment options shown at checkout. High Cotton Closet does not accept payments by text message, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App direct payment, or any off-site payment request.
